• Launch Cydia from yourjailbroken iPhonehomescreen.

• Tap on the “Manage” Tab and then tap on “Sources” section.

• Tap on the “Edit” button and then tap “Add” to add the following repo URL to add sources: http://cydia.pushfix.info

• After it is successfully installed, tap on the “Search” tab at the bottom and search for ‘T-Mobile US MMS Fix for iOS4’.

• Tap on T-Mobile US MMS Fix for iOS4.

  

• Then tap on the “Install” button and then the “Confirm” button to install the patch.

• If you launch the Settings app and navigate to Settings –> General –> Network –> Cellular Data Network, you should see the following settings under MMS:

APN: wap.voicestream.com
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL: http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf

• Restart your iPhone.

Iphone 4.0.1 mms fix

If you recently unlocked your iPhone 4 and tried to run it on a T-Mobile US SIM, you must have noticed that MMS doesn’t work anymore. Well good news is that there is now a fix available in Cydia which will fix this problem once and for all.

Simply follow the instructions posted below to fix MMS issue on unlocked iPhones on T-Mobile US running on iOS 4.0.1 / 4.0.

NOTE: You will need to have a jailbroken iPhone to get it to work. Follow the step by step guideposted here to jailbreak your iPhone 4, 3GS and 3G on iOS 4.0.1. Instructions for unlocking iPhone 4 can be found here, and for iPhone 3GS and 3G can be found here.

Step 1: Start “Cydia” on your iPhone. Touch on “Manage” tab on the bottom, and then on“Sources” as seen in the screenshot below:

Step 2: Now touch on “Edit” and then on “Add”. You will be prompted to enter a url source as seen in the screenshot below. Type “http://cydia.pushfix.info” and touch on“Add Source” to add this repo if you haven’t already.

Cydia will now automatically update your sources by following a series of automated steps.

Step 3: After installation is completed. Search for “T-Mobile US MMS Fix for iOS4” in Cydia and install this application.

Step 4: Now navigate to Settings –> General –> Network –> Cellular Data Network and verify that you have the following settings for MMS:

APN: wap.voicestream.com
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL: http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf

Step 5: Now simply restart your iPhone and voila! MMS should now be working on yourjailbroken and unlocked iPhone on T-Mobile US.

Hey if your like me and have a mac and want to take a picture of your screen "screenshots" here are a list of command you can use.

• Command-Shift-3: Take a screenshot of the screen, and save it as a file on the desktop
• Command-Shift-4, then select an area: Take a screenshot of an area and save it as a file on the desktop
• Command-Shift-4, then space, then click a window: Take a screenshot of a window and save it as a file on the desktop
• Command-Control-Shift-3: Take a screenshot of the screen, and save it to the clipboard
• Command-Control-Shift-4, then select an area: Take a screenshot of an area and save it to the clipboard
• Command-Control-Shift-4, then space, then click a window: Take a screenshot of a window and save it to the clipboard

In Leopard, the following keys can be held down while selecting an area (via Command-Shift-4 or Command-Control-Shift-4):

well for me am gonna giv you a list of some of my best apps, feel free to add to the list for i am constantly looking for cool new ones

1. Bite sms
I love this app for its got this one main feature that is a seller for me and yes am talking about the idea of not showing who text me on my home screen and not to mention the thumbnail view of all you contacts.

2. Navigon GPS
Love it this is turn by turn on global position smack :-) (gps) not only does it tell you the name of the street your to turn on nor just the fact that it has the best 3d map ever. It has lane assist with highway sign graphic showing where to turn, this is by far one of the best navigation system out there and to think that its on a phone, one word Amazing.

3. Score Centre
g I am a football fan no not your football, nfl football football FIFA and to have my highlight on the go in a very well designed package could not have made me happier. nice job espn

so there you go some of the best apps i have on my iphone that i would die for stay tuned for as i get more i will up date.

Hey to all my minions for those of you who keep asking me how and what are the best themes on the cydia apps well pesonally the only one i use at the moment is "I WOOD RREALISE" and i then customize with the apple battery and sliders so thats it hope i helped in anyway possible.

Hey guys thanks for visiting my blog, and yes i do have another helpful tip for my fellow iphoners.

After unlocking your iphone here are the settings for t-mobile mms

Step1: From your iphone go to Settings>General>Network>Cellular Data Network

Step2: Add the following in the MMS field:

APN: wap.voicestream.com
Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank
MMSC: 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS Max Message Size: leave blank
MMS UA Prof URL: leave blank

Step3: Reboot the device and then go to your text app you will see a small camera icon... presto your in business.
